Map your vision.
Realize your dream.

Est. 2014

My love of wildlife management goes back over 20 years. I was a high school kid, holding my first map with aerial imagery and waiting on the native seed blend we ordered from the Soil & Water Conservation District.

During that time, I discovered GIS software and purchased my first GPS. Later, I interned with the NRCS. Years later, Hoeltge Precision Services, LLC was born, and we began mapping oil and gas infrastructure—expanding into utilities and municipal water supply.

Today, we're fulfilling the need that homesteaders, farmers, and ranchers have to get precision maps of their property without paying surveyor rates.

Our clients utilize our maps to plan improvements, grow their operations, and increase the value of their property.

We collaborate with property owners to plan land improvement projects, manage wildlife, and conduct property analyses to optimize the best use of available resources.

Achieve your goals in 3 steps

Step 1: Define Your Objectives

We begin by understanding what you want to accomplish with your land. Whether you're planning new construction, improving water resources, or managing wildlife.

In this step, we will:

  • Discuss your goals on a site visit or via video chat.

  • Identify key assets and project areas

  • Decide what data we’ll collect in the field

Step 2: Data Collection

With our plan in hand, we'll head to your property to collect detailed spatial data with professional-grade GIS tools.

Field mapping may include:

  • Utility and structure locations

  • Elevation data for ponds/lakes

  • Potential build sites and features

  • Land utilization, management areas, and other infrastructure.

We gather as much data as possible while onsite to create resource rich maps for a wide range of uses.

Step 3: Analysis & Delivery

Because our system is cloud-based, you can monitor progress remotely via login to our site.

After the fieldwork, we analyze the data and fine tune the maps, optimizing them to support your objectives.

We’ll deliver:

  • Printed maps that show what's important to you.

  • Insights on land use potential

  • An online "living map" ready to support future updates.

We’re here for the long term, ready to map future additions as your property evolves.
